Our Pangborn shot blaster is capable of doing a piece 75’ long, 8’ high and 4’ wide, working at 3’ per minute
Our Wheelebrator shot blaster can shot blast pieces up to 75’ in length
These shot blasting systems enable us to meet rigid delivery schedules
Our systems are semi-automated, therefore we can blast to white metal at an extremely low cost and on a production basis

Abrasive Hand Blasting
Few steps in the steel maintenance and restoration process are as important as blasting to remove corrosion and impurities. This is why CPI’s abrasive-blasting operations employ some of our most experienced and capable personnel.

CPI’s tumble blasting operation is the ideal system for cleaning all types of ferrous and non-ferrous castings and small parts.
