Over 56,000 sq. ft. of enclosed, climate-controlled shop space and 3 acres of outdoor yard give our customers the satisfaction of knowing their project will be completed on schedule without delays. Steel is not easy to handle in our business, particularly after it has been painted. Colonial Processing, Inc.’s handling methods and equipment are among the most elaborate in the industry. We know the importance of getting painted pieces to the customer without paint damage. Packing is imaginative and creative. Colonial Processing, Inc. has 18 overhead cranes equipped with specialized handling equipment for lengths up to 105 feet and with a 15 ton capacity. The abundance of abrasive cleaning and coating equipment in our facility allows our qualified staff to process steel in all shapes and sizes by the most economical and expedient methods. The combination of three different rotoblast machines, two indoor hand-blasting rooms, and seven different indoor-enclosed paint areas always provide our customers the peace of mind that Colonial can and will get the job done right.
